Kudus double sinks Freiburg as West Ham reach last 16

Mohammed Kudus scored two late goals as West Ham thumped Freiburg to reach the last 16 of the Europa League.

The Hammers overturned a 1-0 first-leg loss to Freiburg in emphatic fashion as they battered the Bundesliga side 5-0 at the London Stadium.

Michail Antonio gave West Ham the lead in the first half before Jarrod Bowen doubled their advantage after the break.

Said Benrahma and Pablo Fornals then added further goals before Kudus wrapped up the scoring with a late brace.

The victory is West Ham's biggest ever in European competition and sees them reach the last 16 of the Europa League for the first time.
